From small and humble beginnings, Waipuna Hospice has grown from a tiny villa on Cameron Road run by a group of volunteers working alongside nurses in 1990 to the all-encompassing support team of nurses, doctors, counsellors, chaplains, social workers, kai whakamaru, massage therapists, educators, biographers, chefs and of course our volunteers.
