About The Candle Cottage:
Helen started The Candle Cottage in late 2022 after she quit her job to provide full time care for her husband, Chris. Beekeeper friends had wax pellets available and thus the Candle Cottage was born. Making candles has been a great outlet for her and helps her keep busy and keep connected with people. Chris absolutely loves to give them away and see the joy they bring to people.
All proceeds from the sale of Light of Life candles support the work of Waipuna Hospice, helping care for and support the terminally ill and bereaved in Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty.
